With a people-first mentality, Mike brings 20+ years of customer service experience to eTeamSponsor. Mike is responsible for our company’s Culture, which is our system of values, beliefs, and behaviors that shape how actual work gets done and how “the way things work around here.” Mike is also responsible for the employee experience, which ties into how we reward and retain our employees. Mike is a self-taught guitarist and singer/songwriter. He has played shows throughout the Bay Area and released his music commercially as well. Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and boy/girl twins, trying new restaurants, listening to music, the NFL Draft, and loves a good coffee shop.
