Mike is a former professional volleyball player and has also spent the last 20 years coaching juniors club and high school volleyball. He is currently responsible for all recruiting and employee development needs for the company. He specializes in relationship building, teamwork and has an innovative mindset when it comes to creating a great company culture. Outside of work Mike enjoys spending time with his kids, live music, sneakers and being anywhere near a lake or ocean.
