Kristi began her career with eTeamSponsor in 2019, gaining unparalleled experience in the fundraising space, while working alongside the CEO and establishing herself as a respected People Leader and Culture creator. As the Director of People Operations for eTeamSponsor, she is widely known for leading with empathy, passion for growth, people development, and gap analysis skills to improve business operations. Growing up Kristi played all sports but truly fell in love with Swimming and Volleyball. She is proud to call eTeamSponsor her home team and continues to use the lessons learned and importance of teamwork from athletics in her career today.
